How long does the walkthrough take?
Twenty to forty minutes for most homes. We look at the surfaces, note repairs, take measurements and talk through what you actually want. Your written estimate follows shortly after.
Do you charge to come out?
No. Estimates and walkthroughs are free within our service area.
Can I text photos instead?
Absolutely. Text photos to (805) 234-0762. A few wide shots plus close-ups of any peeling, cracking or soft wood tells us a great deal before we arrive.
