Finished jobs, photographed as they were left.
No renders, no stock photography, no other company's portfolio. These are Central Coast homes our crew finished.
Exteriors
6 projects

Contemporary stucco exterior. Large unshaded elevations like this get a higher-grade resin than a fog-shaded north wall would.
Body, trim, garage doors and porch columns finished as one coordinated scheme.
Entry stairs, rails and door. Horizontal surfaces like treads take the most wear, so they get the most film build.
Pergola, eaves and shingle detail. Every one of those beam ends is a joint that had to be sealed correctly.
Siding and fence finished together so the whole property reads as one project.
Perimeter fencing and siding, cleaned and finished on the same visit.
Woodwork & fine finishes
4 projects

Redwood decking and built-in seating, cleaned at low pressure, dried fully, then stained.
Horizontal slat screen. Stain on open-grain wood shows every inconsistency, so it goes on wet-edge and unbroken.
Slat screen against stucco, with carpentry and finish handled by the same crew.
Distressed mantel over stacked stone. Built up in layers by hand so the age reads as real rather than printed.
Interiors & cabinetry
1 project

Custom cabinetry and millwork finished to work with the beams and brick already in the room.
Prep & craft
5 projects

Masked glazing, papered floors and dust extraction on the sander. This is what the first day of an interior actually looks like.
Everything covered before a lid comes off a can. Protection is the cheapest part of the job and the most noticed.
Exterior masked and prepped. Nothing gets coated until the substrate underneath is sound and dry.
Fascia and gutter line cut in. Masking stays up until the finish coat is fully set.
Eaves and soffit lines brushed by hand. There is no sprayer shortcut that produces this edge.
